Move better, Feel BEtter

Through yoga, pilates and movement, I hope to embolden my students to be more present and to tap into the beauty of life and inner potential with each breath and movement created. I encourage my class to find proper alignment and engagement through the use of language. Coming from a fitness background, my home is pilates and functional vinyasa krama with a focus on creating alignment and strength while matching breath to movement. I love yoga and pilates for its continuous teachings and it brings me great joy to be able to share this passion with others and help them on their journey.

I completed my first yoga instructor training in 2016 and have gone on to complete an additional yoga teacher training, various functional movement trainings, as well as the full Stott Pilates certification. In addition to teaching weekly classes at One Yoga Victoria, Third Space Movement and Yogalab Victoria, I also teach to a variety of private clients.
