Move better, Feel BEtter
Talina Barsalou has built a lifelong connection to movement, health, and mindful training. Her journey began while completing her Business degree at the University of Victoria, when she earned her first fitness certification through the YMCA — an experience that sparked a lasting passion for helping others move well and feel strong in their bodies.
Since then, Talina has continued to deepen her education, earning multiple functional fitness certifications, completing two Yoga Teacher Trainings, and achieving full STOTT PILATES® certification. She later advanced her training to become a STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer, allowing her to mentor and educate the next generation of Pilates instructors.
Talina works with a wide range of clients, from those recovering from injury to individuals seeking refined strength, improved movement patterns, and sport-specific conditioning. Known for her attentive eye and individualized approach, she blends precision, strength, and mindful movement to help clients build lasting resilience in their bodies.
In addition to working with clients, Talina is passionate about guiding aspiring instructors through the certification process, sharing the depth and transformative potential of Pilates.
